1. How can I tell if a shirt is a Classic Tee or a Comfort Colors Tee?

You’ll find the tee style at the top of the product page, clearly labelled Classic Tee or Comfort Colors Tee. Be sure to check the label before choosing your size and adding to cart.

 2. What’s the difference between the Classic Tee and Comfort Colors Tee?

Our Classic Tee has a more regular, fitted shape, while Comfort Colors has a relaxed, roomier fit with a premium lived-in feel.

3. How do I choose the right size?

Please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. As different tee styles can fit differently, we recommend checking the measurements for the specific style you're purchasing.

4. Should I size up for an oversized fit?
It depends on your style. If you'd like a looser or oversized look, choose a larger size. Comfort Colors is a relaxed fit but it is not oversized unless you size up.

5. Where are your shirts printed?
Your Pixie & Elf tees are printed in Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.

6. How long will my order take to be made?

Processing times are typically 3–7 business days, depending on the season, with Pregnancy Announcement Tees prioritised for faster processing.

During the Christmas season, we become especially busy from November, and some styles and sizes may have limited availability by first week of December to control high volume of orders.

We recommend ordering your Christmas tees as early as possible to avoid missing out and to allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

 7. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Big Sister, Big Brother and Big Cousin collections ship free

8. How does the 15% multi-buy discount work?
Buy 2 or more eligible tees and receive 15% off automatically at checkout. No discount code is required.

9. Can I combine the 15% offer with another discount code?
No. Discount offers cannot be combined. If you're purchasing 2+ eligible tees, the 15% multi-buy offer gives you the larger saving compared with your 5% welcome code. You can combine product discounts with the free shipping offer.

10. Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

11. Can I return or exchange my shirt if I ordered the wrong size?

Yes, you can return within 7 days after receiving the item. Please make sure they are unworn, has no defects and no perfume. Please send us an email at info@pixieandelf.com.au if you want to make an exchange.

12. How should I wash my printed tee?
Wash inside out, cold/gentle wash, avoid bleach, don't iron directly over the print.

13. Do the colours look exactly the same as they do on my screen?
Colours can vary slightly because of screen settings, garment colour and the printing process.
