Telling your child she’s about to become a big sister is a moment you’ll always remember. A thoughtfully chosen shirt can make that experience feel even more meaningful, whether you’re planning a quiet reveal or a fun family photoshoot.

Many families choose to pair these with outfits from our pregnancy announcement collection to create a coordinated and memorable reveal.

From playful designs to more minimal styles, each piece is made to reflect your child's personality while celebrating this new chapter.

Made for Comfort and Everyday Wear

These shirts are made from 100% cotton with a regular fit and a soft, midweight feel that's comfortable for all-day wear. They're designed to move with your child through busy days while still looking great for special occasions.

Each piece is preshrunk to help maintain its shape and fit, even after repeated washes.

Designed with Care

As an Australian brand, Pixie & Elf focuses on quality, simplicity, and thoughtful design. Each Big Sister shirt is made to last beyond the moment itself, so it can be worn, remembered, and enjoyed long after the announcement.

Wherever possible, we use natural materials and focus on thoughtful production, so each piece is made with both quality and care in mind.
